Who am I?

Hello! I’m Joanna and I have had a deep connection to embodied practises and the spirit world since childhood. I trained as a dancer and was always fascinated by the energetic movement within my own body, and the raw power of creative expression. Dance led me to Yoga, which led to a deepening of my connection and understanding of the subtle energetic layers of what it means to be a human. While traversing my own shadow, moving through a long period of crippling anxiety, alcohol addiction and toxic relationships - I found Reiki. Reiki was my remembering. It coaxed back out of the shadows the inner child in me who used to talk to fairies and angels, cook up spells in the kitchen, and dream in vivid detail of my past lives. It made me remember who I am and how I am here to serve. The years that followed this remembering were a deep initiation and healing journey. I sought the support of many incredible healers and teachers, quit my corporate job, trained as a Yoga teacher and a Reiki Practitioner and spent 5 years in a baptism of fire, learning by doing. I have been the burnt out yoga teacher running from class to class trying to make ends meet. I have been the Reiki Practitioner plagued by self-doubt and imposter syndrome. I have dreamt of quitting it all and going back to the way things were before. But through deep healing and self-devotion, I have stepped out of those paradigms and into a soul-aligned life and an abundant, easeful business. Where I spend my time supporting others who are on a similar journey, and guiding them to a place of embodiment, prosperity, and peace.
